Edgy Date Night // Valentine's Edition

Decided to bring a slightly edgier Valentine's look to the table. If you're looking for something a little different this Valentine's day, this is it! I've been super into leather jackets as of recent (as y'all know, because this one has already been on the blog - but I'm obsessed) and it's the perfect way to add a little sass to any outfit.

I snagged this gorgeous maxi from Tobi and instantly knew it would be the perfect match for a leather jacket. It's the prettiest burgundy color. This wrap dress is made of a long silky material with a thigh high slit and I felt like a total rockstar in it! It does have a small slip underneath, but as a girl who's 5'10... it's a little short, so I would wear some spandex shorts under this one to avoid any wardrobe malfunctions. This look is perfect for date night, galentine's or dinner out on the town! This outfit is super versatile and so easy to dress up or down. Change up the jacket, shoes or makeup and you have a totally different feel.

Comfy Fall with J.Jill

It's day one of October and I am already watching Hocus Pocus, eating everything pumpkin and I even broke out my beanie. Was it a little premature? Yes. Was I sweating during this photoshoot? Totally. But was it worth it? YES.

October is the best month. The weather becomes absolutely perfect, leaves are changing and fall fashion is going strong. This outfit from my friends over at J. Jill is SO incredibly comfortable. Like...I could totally sleep in this. And when I can still look stylish while feeling like I'm in PJ's, I call that a win. This coat is super plush, soft and has a hood for those super chilly days. The top is an oversized, slightly heavier waffle-knit tunic so it's a great length to wear with leggings!

Also....this is groundbreaking y'all. This is my first pair of UGG's! J. Jill sells these adorable high-top sneakers that just so happen to have a sheepskin lining, so it's like a constant hug for your foot! Walking on a cloud....seriously.

Biker Chic with Zaful

This is my "biker babe" meets Sandy from Grease look. Hah! There's just something about a leather (or faux in my case) jacket. Put it on, and instantly feel like you're too cool for school. This one is under $40! And of course, top it off with a choker and some geometric sunnies and you're ready to conquer the world.  And the best news - the jacket, choker AND sunglasses together are under $50! Such a steal. Head over to my friends at Zaful to get them! I styled mine with my fave pair of dark flare jeans along with a black tank, but this would look cute over a dress as well!
