Classic Summer Style

Y'all. I know summer just started - but here in Tennessee it's already hotter than hades, I've been breaking out the shorts and tank tops! I love this lace top from my friends over at Chicwish. Pattern Mixing 101

 In case you haven't already noticed - I'm pattern addicted. I love mixing different prints and textures, but the key is to keep it balanced. I typically only mix two bold prints (in this case, plaid and leopard) and then keep the rest of my outfit fairly neutral. But it's so hard to find neutral shoes that aren't super boring.  I might have a ton of booties - but there has always been a gap in my collection. I didn't have ANY taupe booties! Shocking, I know.
